Appointment Cancellation Policy

Dr. Reynolds and his team make every attempt to provide patients with the highest quality and undivided appointment time for your dental treatment. We reserve this time specifically for your dental care treatment. Consequently, we ask that if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly provide us with 48 hours notice on our operating business days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (not including holidays). We realize there are true emergencies, and unforeseen interruptions in life, and we will, of course, take these into consideration. Failed appointments will result in a charge of $38.00 for each scheduled appointment.

We are requiring a non-refundable deposit for any appointment scheduled over 90 minutes.  If you do not provide us with a 48 hour notice the deposit will be forfeited.  If the appointment is kept the deposit will be applied towards the treatment balance.
